Wonderful accommodation in charming Piedmont.
Here you will stay in an old, typical Piedmontese farmhouse dating back to 1708, which has been renovated while retaining the characteristic features of the region's typical architecture. The village of Ferrere d'Asti is located in lower Piedmont, just a few kilometres from the main towns in the Langhe region.
Wine-growing is dominant here, which allows for walks through vineyards and stops at various wineries. This warm and welcoming house is ideal as a base for exploring the area, tasting good wines and Piedmontese dishes. Here you can enjoy life to the full.
In the village of Ferrere, you can admire Il Castelrosso, a large villa from 1780 that looks like a castle. The villa belonged to Emanuele Montalcini, the uncle of Nobel Prize winner Rita Levi Montalcini, who spent much of her youth in this village. On the 10th anniversary of her death, the municipality of Ferrere wanted to honour the great scientist with a small steel monument in one of the village's characteristic locations.
Look forward to this unique accommodation in the heart of Piedmont!
