"Great pool area and beautiful coastal location. Stunning old town of Vrsar nearby. Self-catering accommodation had all we needed and a big terrace with Sun loungers for all!"

"Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out."

"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. Elena helped arranging a shuttle so this made it much easier. Room was spacious, bathroom was great "

The room had some bad features particularly in the bathroom where the shower sprayed all over the floor when in use. the toilet paper holder was just hanging off of the wall not secured. "This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. When we got close by I called the hotel and someone found us on the street and showed us where it was. The adventure of finding it would be tricky without a phone or WiFi. My only complaint is...

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex . The beach our front was perfect for a swim & close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea . "
