Valley View offers amazing views of the 'Valley', whilst relaxing on the large deck and gazebo area.

The house sits on 100 acres, with 28 acres of protected bushland, allowing bush walks and vantage points around the property to soak in the views.

Wineries, craft breweries and local attractions are only a short drive away.

This large house has 4 large bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms (all have queen beds + their own ensuites). The fourth bedroom can sleep up to 6 people, containing a Bunk Bed (double bed/single), a single bed and a queen bed.

The open plan living complete with large kitchen and log fire offers an ideal setting for groups and families. In addition the property also has a heated underground swimming pool.

Exceptional home away from home.

Serenity in the Valley
We spent 5 days at Valley View in Ferguson Valley to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. The property was everything we expected as per the advertising and it was impeccably presented. The house is fantastic and our grandchildren had an abundance of activities to keep them occupied. It was quite cold but the fire and red wine made sure we were warm. We were also touched by the birthday gift left by the host upon our arrival. Thankyou for a wonderful time at a fantastic location.

Valleyview is an absolutely beautiful property with enough space to home a large family in complete comfort. The house is gigantic and the views are amazing! With every room having its own ensuite with added touches of flowers and bathroom products required, the large kitchen has everything you could want and more, the personal touches of this home make it a very welcome stay. There are endless toys to keep little ones entertained and the security on the property is next level. Valleyview was a much needed escape with all you could ever ask for to live in your own piece of paradise for a while. Host Shireen is lovely to communicate with and all needed details were provided before our arrival. We can't wait to visit Valleyview again and explore more of the Ferguson Valley, I highly recommend this beautiful property.

A most amazing property
Our family of 7 adults stayed at this property as part of a down south getaway to celebrate our dad's 80th. Couldn't have been more delighted with my choice of accommodation. It was sheer luxury. The hosts had thought of every detail & our stay was so well catered for, even with the added touch of wine & chocolates for my dad. So many thoughtful details have gone into this place to make it such a fabulous place to stay. Definitely hope to return & I give it my highest recommendation to anyone potentially looking at booking it.

The accommodation had everything you would need and more. It had everything for adults and kids. The property has cows and wildlife,which was a hit with the kids and pool. The Valley views are amazing and the owner of the property is just so ontop of everything and helpful couldn't have had better accommodation. It was perfect 5*+ Our family came down for our Daughters wedding at Wild Bull.

Just a beautiful home, in a beautiful spot. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay for our short 3 day holiday. The indoor and outdoor living areas are just fantastic, the beds are more comfortable than the ones in our own house, the garage has been converted to a games area which is great for kids (and big kids) and hopefully next time we will actually have time to explore the bush land . Close to gnomesville , Wellington dam and lots of wineries, and the Dardy Pub is worth a visit for a Parmy , ribs or steak. Just about to book our return visit , the Ferguson Valley is a hidden gem.
