"I really enjoyed my last stay and found the room (overlooking the canal) to be very comfortable, with kettle and coffee machine, as well as mugs and smaller cups. (Much nicer than a room I had on a previous visit that didn’t enjoy much of a view.) The fridge in the room was a little loud on occasion but this was minor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast area was clean and quiet. Just after I had taken a small serving of hot buffet items, one of the staff came over to my table to apologise that they had just realised that all the food from the serving containers was cold and needed to be heated. Mistakes happen so it wasn’t a particular problem. The coffee was hot and I settled for toast. The staff were lovely at the reception, as well as in the restaurant. Excellent location for the Mailbox and canal side restaurants, pub and cinema. There is a Tesco next door too. "

"Had a fab stay on our first visit to The Maldron Glasgow. Check in online if preferred but front of house staff were great, thanks to Gerardo on our speedy check in. Stayed in executive king and it was clean and really comfortable with a selection of teas, coffees, biscuits available. All necessary things like ironing and ironing board, robes and slippers with in house shower gels and hand wash included. Good TV with a great selection of channels if you wanted to lounge in your room. Used the bar for a drink. Good selection of drinks available, although only one rose wine option so could maybe offer a couple more to suit different palates. Did not have any food or breakfast but looked like a good selection was available. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay here a d will definitely be back. Highly recommend it. "
