This property is fabulous. Very spacious! Very clean. Location is only 15-20 minute drive to tourist towns like Saugatuck and South Haven. Owner is super quick at communicating. We wanted for nothing while there and we all said “we would stay there again or definitely refer this home to others traveling to this part of Michigan”

Friends annual get away
We are a group of 4 couples that have been doing trips together for over 15 years. Although we have lost 2 of our friend's spouses, we continue to enjoy planning a long weekend stay together every year. This house had everything you need for a long weekend. The house is beautiful, roomy, comfortable and very welcoming to any group. Maria Crane did a great job of communicating with us and making sure everything was perfect. We all agreed this rental was one of our best in the past 15 years, and I know we will rent this house again.

Wonderful experience
This home provided privacy, gathering spaces and great recreational activities for everyone. We loved walking over to Crane’s for breakfast, getting out on the lake and walking through the nearby towns. The hosts were top- notch. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Lovely home on Hutchins Lake
This house is placed in a little bit of heaven....warm lake below and surrounded by orchard. So much room and very well equipped...very close to Saugatuck and Douglas but most of our time was spent together by the water. I would highly recommend this house for a large group of family or friends. Lots of little spots to get away by yourself if you need to be quiet.

Such a beautiful property! Well appointed. Relaxing, yet fun! Fennville is a cute town plus only a ten minute drive to Douglas/Saugatuck. Enjoyed the nearby wineries. Maria was extremely accommodating with our requests which made all the difference for our weekend bachelorette festivities. Only comment for improvement would be a new mattress for upstairs pull-out couch since it’s factored in for sleeping arrangements. Would MOST definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, comfortable home with lake access
We were three generations visiting for a wedding. The house was perfect for our group. We had teens on the pullout in the loft. Loved that there were 4 full bathrooms. The basement has lots of beds and a full bath and is very cool and dark - for those who like that when they sleep. The kitchen is well stocked, including marshmallow sticks. We brought up some food and of course it was too much because there are many great restaurants in Fennville, Douglas and Saugatauk. We enjoyed Cranes — got a delicious apple pie and cider donuts. The Farmhouse has great sandwiches and baked goods/breads and the Root Beer Barrel is a must stop for root beer floats. Saugatauk Dune ride in a Jeep is a thrill and even after many years going on it, it never gets old! We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and just sitting on the dock. (No chairs on the dock, bring a towel down). The only issue we had was the coffee maker died few days in to our stay. I messaged Maria and she was promptly brought over their personal coffeemaker and beans! That was a lifesaver. We would love to return!

Amazing home in Fennville
This property is extremely nice, spacious, and the surrounding area is beautiful. The street is very quiet and the backyard backs up to Crane's, which is a plus. The owner was available to answer any questions I had, and promptly.

The host was amazing. I rented the house for my wife's 40th birthday party. The house provided able stay for all the guests that came out of town and had a great dynamitic to keep the kids engaged and interacting together outside. In the evening once most everyone left, the views around the property were calming and relaxing.

We loved this house and property! It was spacious for our big group and the kids enjoyed having the basement as a play area. The outside area was beautiful and we able to enjoy a nice bonfire one night! The location was also convenient and close to restaurants and the cute shops of Saugatuck. This home was a wonderful home base for our wine tasting weekend. There are several wineries/breweries w/in a five minute drive. The views from the deck and patio area were amazing! The place was super clean and had everything we needed to prepare a big meal. The lakefront area was beautiful!

Beautiful location in the Crane Orchard area with so much to enjoy within a short drive. The property and house setting are sublime. We were delighted to be here for apple picking season. This is a "must stay" property.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
The home was wonderful for our group as we have 4 couples, and the house has 4 separate bedrooms with large beds for adults to sleep. There are 4 separate bathrooms, so we were each able to have our own space. This is a wonderful feature and hard to find in home rentals. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac and overlooks the local orchard. We had a wonderful time just sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. There is a gradual staircase down to the lake with a rowboat and kayak which we used. The owner had life jackets in the garage for us as well. The home was well stocked with any of the things we needed to use like pots, pans, dishes, towels, soaps, etc. The owner was very prompt and helpful with any of the questions we had prior to arriving. We would certainly stay again!

This gorgeous home was everything I read about and more. I can't say enough great things. The location was perfect - at the end of the cul-de-sac overlooking rolling hills and the orchard. The house was laid out perfectly - spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with every amenity one can need. Then the grounds and walk down to the lake was spectacular with a landing for the Adirondack chairs, another landing with the firepit and then the deck with the boats. Being at the end of the land made kayaking very easy and peaceful. Maria was extremely responsive and kind at every step of the way. The family we were with was from California with their gorgeous views, etc. and they were very impressed! Didn't tall short of amazing. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our experience so remarkable.
