Hotel and rooms a little quirky in a good way - only downside is lack of air conditioning when 25C (80F) at night. Easy walk or cycle into town. Secure location to leave cars while exploring city. "The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby."

"My wife and I stayed here 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Clean & modern yet retains it's country charm. The rooftop terrace is amazing. The bedrooms were large and nicely decorated.
