"I had a lovely week, away from it all, in Haute Correze. I love the area though I wasn't familiar with Ussel and its surroundings but found loads of new places to see and things to do. The accomodation was very spacious (I was alone), the dining room, kitchen and bathroom all well- equipped. I was there during a heatwave and the terrace was sometimes just too hot to sit out on, but still an asset to the property."

"Location très bien située pour les journées internationales de la laine à Felletin et les portes ouvertes de la filature Fonty à Rougnat. Séjour très agréable dans ce petit gîte très cosy, tout est prévu pour les animaux ( couchage et gamelles). Il ne manque que la wifi dommage. "

"Beautiful property and location. House, pool, lake, bikes, boat all made for a perfect holiday. Communication with owners was very good and the pool was kept clean by Claude who visited often to check everything was OK. Wish we could have stayed for longer, would definitely return again with more of the family."

"The house has been renovated nicely and has most things that you need, except wifi! There is a reasonable telephone signal but we quickly used up our data roaming allowance as we were there to search for a property. There is a restaurant in the next village and a supermarket in Felletin which also hosts a country market on Friday mornings. It is lovely being in the middle of the Millevaches Plateau but that does mean it takes a long time to get anywhere. The host was very kind and helpful...

"Cette charmante maison de ville est très fonctionnelle. Les photos déposées sur le site correspondent bien à la réalité. Les commerces sont à proximité, nous y sommes allés à pied. Par ailleurs, Bugeat offre de nombreuses possibilités de balades ou randonnées et se trouve bien situé pour découvrir le plateau de Millevaches dans son ensemble. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour."

"Nadine and Guy were the perfect hosts and the house was in a wonderful location. We were all made to feel very welcome. The cottage was comfortable and clean. If you enjoy being away from the WIFI then this is the place for you. Lovely rural area. Lake Ramade was great for daily swimming and there’s a lovely little cafe set up there this year (2018), but no toilets, so come prepared! Crocq was well worth a visit, as was Mount Dore and the lake at Chambon for swimming. We preferred the little...
