環境清幽，房間乾淨
房間跟浴室的整潔度很好，地板的特殊材質踩起來也很舒服。若有需要叫接駁車往返停車場或大廳，基本上電話叫完兩三分鐘內都會到，服務也都很好。雖然有小黑蚊，但櫃檯有防蚊液可以取用。遊戲區的設施比預期中少，但也夠小小孩玩。缺點的話大概是早餐種類較少，以這個價位，應該可以再多樣一點。 整體來說都不錯，未來有機會會再入住。

翻新後規劃良好的渡假區
2023年1月 年後寒假週間 1晚 家庭房 因為帶長輩出來，從火車站到大廳再到客房，服務人員一路都開著高爾夫球車接送，相當親切友好。 客人不多的早餐經驗真的很舒適，餐廳的人手偶爾比較不夠而已，西式的熱菜雖然放在鑄鐵鍋裡面但小小失溫，師傅歐姆蛋做的非常好，本餐最高分。人少少的，可以吃到十二點真的很棒。 場館設備都很新維持的很好，世外的空間設計也很有巧思，值得花時間來度假放空，小提燈在晚上很有氣氛。 溫泉館離小島房區走路五分鐘，裸湯區無人使用，持續包場2小時。雖然比較小一些，但是挺有日式風情的，服務人員有來關心和解決水溫高低的狀況，整體來說晚上來泡真的滿舒服的，可以看星星。 還不熱的時候騎腳踏車逛到心旅的園區，晨曦照上山頂山腰很舒爽。 看到人均不到2000時立刻訂了，住宿體驗可以說非常優質超值，可惜後來一直沒有看到這麼優惠的價格，春天後感覺會越來越熱門吧。
