"Met by the owner when we arrived, we had a slight language problem but that was easily remedied. The flat is on the top floor of the house and is really nice and has everything you could want, would we stop again, definitely, the place is perfect really."

"Our stay at s‘Gmiatli was amazing. We stayed for 5 nights and it was everything we could hope for and more. The Location is super, only a 3 Minute Drive to the Lift in Kappl, which by the way is also connected to Ischgl. The Sauna in the Apartment was fabulous, we used it every evening to losen up after long days on the slopes. The Kitchen in the Apartment is very well equiped and has everything you need. The view is amazing. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch. 5 stars in every sense!!!"

"My wife and I stayed at this property 3 nights while exploring the Oztal area. This flat works great for a couple or a small family because the floor plan separates the two bedrooms from the kitchen/dining room and bathroom. The pictures accurately depict the flat and its condition. The flat is immaculately kept, and furnished well (it's a real home and not a contrived rental space with IKEA wall-to-wall). "The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"De kamer was mooi en groot. Heel comfortabel, grote keuken, wel voorzien. De open haard was prettig warm.
