For a weekend stay, a fridge, microwave, toaster oven and paper crockery might be sufficient, but for any longer the absence of a sink, stove and cooking utensils would be a consideration for guests. "The guest apartment was such a great place to get my needed rest and relaxation. The property is so much more beautiful than pictures can show. The paths, trees, pool, grounds are another world . The lake is so nice too with fish, turtles and birds! The neighborhood is also very unique. It’s close to pretty much everything which is also great. It’s like an oasis in the middle of a regular community. Kim and Rick are fabulous hosts. They welcomed me and my dog like an old friend. It was very easy...

"Every thing about this stay was top notch. Such a pleasant, clean place to stay with so many things to do close by. Many great restaurants, parks, fishing and of course the Mel Fisher museum were awesome. It could not have been better. "

But if I booked through them I could pay their price which was 30 dollars more each night.
