For shared use: garden 1'500 m2, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system. Parking. Grocery 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Feldkirchen in Kärnten" 6 km, public bathing area 6 km, bathing lake "Ossiachersee" 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 4 km, gondola lift 20 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gerlitzen (Kanzelbahn) 20 km, Simonhöhe 22 km, Bad Kleinkirchheim 34 km. Appartememt is erg gedateerd, keuken zeer klein, geen hamddoek en beddenwissel in de twee weken dat we er waren en dat met zeer hoge temperaturen en geen airco. Het appartement was warm. Sommige Meubilair dit smoezelig aan of was.de bekleding kapot Wifi werd aangeboden maar voldeed niet .

Very pleasant place

Calm place in a small village, cca 15 min drive to Ossiacher see. Apartment was spacy, with all equipment neded. Kitchen quite small. Functional and free Wi-Fi. Bread service every morning. Nice garden with great clean swimming pool, garden sitting place in a shadow, equipment for kids, trampolina, grill. All for free use for visitors. Extremely friendly and helpful owners, we felt like home.

Chybely site v oknech, docela hodne komaru a pak bylo obtizne vetrani. Uvitala bych v kuchyni rychlovarnou konvici, toustovac. U botniku bych vysadila dvirka, drzel se tam neprijemny zapach, takze pak byl nepouzitelny. Kuchynka je hodne mala. Objekt je dobre polozen - uprosted mezi 2 jezery. Hezke misto. Uvitali jsme bazen, stolni tenis. Majitele byli vstricni a prijemni.
