This made it challenging for our 10-month-old baby to sleep comfortably at night. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience. We loved our stay and would definitely return. "Everything was great!! Only issue was we asked for an extra pillow and for maintenance to check our A/C because ours was broken. One receptionist that we asked first never brought use the extra pillow and told us maintenance would check out the A/C during the day but they never did. We asked someone else the second night and she immediately brought us the pillow and switched our room instead of having us stay another night in the hot room. Other than the small inconvenience we enjoyed our stay!!"

"We stayed at the property during an incredibly warm period and were located on the 4th floor of the hotel. There’s no air conditioning and a fan wasn’t available, sleeping was very difficult. Otherwise, the property and the staff were great although the interior finishes are looking a little tired. I would suggest this is a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star, and would have been excellent if we were paying 3 star rates."

"The check in was a bit confusing, but the room was very nice and the breakfast was absolutely premium. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and thought the Csejteis were a fabulous couple. It will be a great memory from our travels."
