The bright living room opens onto a cozy 3 m² balcony. The kitchen, equipped with a vitro hob, seamlessly integrates with the living area, providing everything you need for comfortable cooking. A separate laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. All bedrooms and common areas are equipped with air conditioning, and baby amenities like a crib and highchair are available upon request. Located in Porto Colom, a charming tourist area in eastern Mallorca, you'll find a variety of sandy beaches and coves nearby, maintaining the island's traditional maritime atmosphere. Enjoy sports such as golf, canoeing, or cycling; rentals are available in the center of Porto Colom, with the Vall d'Or Golf Course close by. Note: Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden.
