Puchet is a beautiful holiday home with 2 bedrooms in Ibizan style with private pool and well-tended Mediterranean garden. Puchet is in a quiet residential area, only 200 meters from the small sandy bay of Cala Serena, in the north of Cala D'Or.
The gräumige villa is built on 2 floors. The ground floor has a large open living-dining room with conservatory, kitchen and a guest toilet. TV with German channels only. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en suite shower room.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms with limited and fixed usage times:
14-16h / 21-8h.

The outdoor area is applied generously and well maintained. The beautiful 12 x 7 meters large pool surrounded by palm trees and lawns. There is an outdoor shower and a brick barbecue on the back of the house.
