"The house is in a wonderful location. It is relatively easy to reach by car. Yet it is far from all noise, almost in the forest. The view from the terrace is wonderful. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The stairs leading upstairs are very steep and may not be suitable for small children. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the appliances. In the garden, there is the possibility of a barbecue. The bathroom is a bit small. There is no drinking water in the house, as it is outside. This is the price of silence and complete peace. The garden has holes in the direction of the neighboring gardens. So it is not safe with a runaway dog. If the dog can be called back, then a paradise is also a huge area for him to enjoy."

"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us that our room was in a third hotel called Agoston Hotel. We proceeded to this hotel. Our room was appalling- no lights on, no wifi, planks of wood outside the room, and bathroom was disgusting. The original hotel, The Vulkan, that we had booked was rated 8.4/10. The Agoston was rated 3.4/10. We left straightaway and found a room in a lovely hotel called Adele Boutique Hotel. We phoned the hotel to ask for a refund as we booked one hotel and got a totally different hotel. They asked us to speak with Hotels.com, who, after 1 hour, 6 minute phone call eventually found in favour of us and initiated a refund. Hotels.com were actually brilliant in this situation. Beware when tempted to book the Vulkan! "

"Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. Apartment I was in (123) faces out to parking lots, so helpful to keep all shades down at times. Would appreciate paper napkins or paper towels in kitchen. Also, there were some "stink bugs" in the room/on a shade (Hungary had an infestation with these), which were upsetting, but I managed to remove two of them one night (threw them out the window) and another one the second night. Plants in the room are lovely but maybe some natural/eco-friendly solution sprayed by the windows could prevent them from coming inside (vinegar, soap, lavender). Room got a little loud all three evenings at 11 p.m. from upstairs neighbor, but it lasted 10 minutes at the most. Otherwise, very quiet neighborhood, 5-7 minute walk to Szechenyi ter with beautiful architecture, cafes, restaurants (Kiraly street), churches, and so forth. Staff was incredibly nice both at check-in and check-out and you can have breakfast in their terraced area of the hotel. Note: you check in at the Hotel, but the apartments are just across the street. I would recommend Adele!"
