Foi-nos disponibilizado, aparentemente, um apartamento (3009) para portadores de necessidades especiais, o que não somos, mas elogiamos tal facilidade. Por conta disso, o apartamento, no banheiro, não possuía bancada de pia e nem armários e, além disso, o Box era fechado com cortina plástica. Ainda no banheiro, o papel de parede estava soltando. A varanda estava meio suja.

Excelente hotel com algumas ressalvas.
O hotel é novo, quarto novo e bem limpo. Porém minha esposa no momento está de cadeira de rodas e o quarto apesar de ter acessibilidade precisa melhorar em alguns aspectos. Por exemplo, o banco de banho dentro do box precisa ser mais baixo, pois uma pessoa baixinha, que é o caso dela, teve dificuldade em sentar para tomar o banho. Segundo ponto, esses banheiros precisam ter uma ducha, pois na maioria das vezes, a pessoa que estiver acompanhando esse PCD que dará o banho nela, então a ducha ajuda e muito para lavar todas as partes do corpo com mais facilidade. E o terceiro e não menos importante, é por um acesso para cadeirante na área da piscina, eu estive com ela e infelizmente não foi possivel subir até a piscina, pois o único acesso é por escada, e isso acabou deixando triste, pois ela queria ver a vista que tem de lá. Então precisa por uma rampa ou um elevador para cadeiras de roda, além de uma rampa para dentro da piscina, pois até idosos irão utiliza-la com maior facilidade.
