"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"My overall experience with Waldpark was positive. The staff was friendly despite the language barrier, and getting a ski pass at the hotel was very convenient. A pretty big drawback was the low-slanted sealing on the top-floor rooms. I could only stand tall on one side of the room, and the rest of the time, I had to be hunched over. Outside the hotel, it was slippery, and some salt or gravel would have been helpful for traction. "

"I booked this hotel at the last moment without knowing much about the area, other than I was going Obergurgl to ski. I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted by Rebekka who walked me through all of the hotel amenities while serving me a welcome beverage. She handled every detail of my stay, including arranging my four day ski pass. "This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details.
