The large apartment can be reached via a spacious external staircase. The full bathroom, the kitchen and two of the five bedrooms can be reached from the first level. Two further bedrooms are located on a gallery. The double bed room is accessible via a straight cut, white beech wood staircase and is located behind a gallery parapet. The room on the second gallery, which is furnished with two bunk beds, can be reached via an antique cast-iron office staircase that is spiraled. With the bunk beds you can add 12 people.
The small apartment can be reached via a small intermediate hall and is self-contained. It has a cozy bedroom with a 180cm wide double bed and a living area with a small kitchenette and a shower room.
