Deck - The favorite home on the sunny island

The new flat (. 1 Stock) is centrally located between the sandy beach, the harbor and downtown "Burg auf Fehmarn".

The apartment is brand new and can accommodate up to 5 people. Fitted kitchen with bar, cozy living area and a large balcony leaves no wish remains open and even after a long day on the sunny island of Fehmarn. Each holiday comes here fully at its expense.
The spacious balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea and Burger lake completes the relaxed holiday atmosphere.

The apartment provides a great base to explore from here the island. The downtown, the south beach and the harbor can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. For trips to many interesting beaches and cliffs, the bicycles (also available for rent in the city nahgelgegenen) is recommended.

Es war, wie immer, alles in Ordnung. Schön finden wir die neuen Möbel auf dem Balkon, das neue Boxspringbett ist auch Klasse. Wir waren wie die letzten Male sehr zufrieden. Selbst der verkalkte Wasserhahn in der Küche wurde zügig bearbeitet. 👍👍

Gute Lage,angenehme Atmosphäre, grroßzügiger Balkon,kleine Mängel, Endreinigung
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, praktisch, auch mit viel Geschirr, ausgestattet. Folgende Mängel sollten behoben werden: Das Einzelbett knarrt bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Aus dem Wasserhahn in der Küche fließt nur ein kleines Rinnsal. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badematte, Küchentücher werden nicht gestellt. Dafür ist der Preis für die Endreinigung - 120 € - ist total, absolut überzogen.

Herrlicher Sommer!!
Wir haben zu Viert für zehn Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht und die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter 1a, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung super. Großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht und generell ist die Lage sehr vorteilhaft, um auch mit Kindern den Hafen/Yachthafen, die Stadt und den Südstrand mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Absolute Empfehlung; wir werden wiederkommen!!

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön, nur das eine Zimmer hat nur ein Bett mit zwei kleineren Kindern ist das gut zu lösen, aber mit größeren sollte das besprochen werden.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Abzügen
Leider war die Balkonmöbel nicht mehr alle intakt und auch im Badezimmer muss etwas repariert werden. Nachdem sich der Vermieter am Anfang sehr kulant und bemüht zeigte, hat man später nichts mehr von ihm gehört. Sehr schade, denn die Lage ist durchaus empfehlenswert.

Hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren allerdings von 2 Schlafzimmern mit 2 Doppelbetten ausgegangen. Das eine Doppelbetten war das Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer leider nur ein einzelnes Bett.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir waren leider nur über das Wochenende da, haben die Zeit aber sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Aussicht auf den See, die kleinen Kaninchen im Nachbargarten war toll!

Ruhige, verkehrsberuhigte Wohngegend. Gut gelegen, da schnell in Burg, Südstrand und Burg-Staaken. Ausstattung umd Zustand der Whg. sehr gut. Balkon mit Aussicht und netter Sitzecke. Vermieter nett und schnell in Kommunikation. Einziger, kleiner Kritikpunkt: 4tes Bett ist Schlafcouch im WZ, war in Beschreibung licht so leicht zu erkennen. Gerne wieder.
