Family stay 2 adults 2 kids not to happy with room
"The food and staff was so amazing no fault there. It was £14 to stay in there under ground carpark which i believe should have been free as we paid a lot for the room. The hotel room itself was very extremely dated. It couls definately do with a freshen up. It had no fridge or no water for the kettle. ..."

"We had a wonderful stay in this cute house that has everything we could need, a lovely back yard, and a good location. Hazel went above and beyond - we had accidentally thrown away a souvenir ring and she sent it back to us in the US and she did it with no hesitation!"
