Conniving Host
The hosts are a husband and wife and the husband talks to you like he understands but will tell you repeatedly that he is only the maintenance guy and then goes home and tells his wife that issues you are having with the unit is user error. We tried to call to speak with Hannah and she refused our phone calls and would only communicate through message and it was slow responses. The unit is a two floor open unit with no division between the two floors so it is extremely difficult to maintain a consistent temperature between the two floors. We were there December and the bottom floor was in the low 60s and the top floor was in the high 70’s. We asked for a refund because the unit was unbearable to stay in and Hannah said that she couldn’t give us a refund because there was nothing wrong with the heating even though we explained all of that to her several times. Their solution was to turn the heating unit up 2 degrees which made no difference and also they told us to keep the downstairs bathroom door open, which it was open the whole time we were there. Also, there is only 2 parking spaces and we went there for family and needed to have at least three parking spaces and her solution was to park across a main road at some business and the unit is behind another set of units that are closer to that main road and again we were there in December and nowhere in the description does it state there are only two parking spaces. These hosts are not caring and won’t work with you.
