Remember to respect our smoke-free policy by smoking outdoors only. Also, all guests must be registered; unregistered overnight guests will be charged. While we welcome up to two housebroken dogs, a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay applies. Unfortunately, we cannot allow cats at the property.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they may be required to electronically sign an agreement confirming their understanding and acceptance of these house rules. In rare cases, guests may also be asked to provide a nominal security deposit. This request is based on our guest screening algorithm, which flags certain reservations as higher risk. Please note that a reservation may be flagged for reasons unrelated to the individual guest’s suitability (e.g., last-minute, one-night stays that may present a party risk, even though many such stays are legitimate). The deposit, if requested, will be fully refundable provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.
