Cheerful & Cozy 3-bedroom Home with Free Parking

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, quiet home. Perfectly located just minutes from the Fayetteville Regional Airport, we are right in between Hope Mills and Fayetteville, so you can easily access both.

The space
3 Bedroom house with beautifully designed bedrooms and a large yard space. We have a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, full bathrooms, and a large backyard. Driveway parking is available, and we are minutes from the hospital, coliseum, and shopping centers.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of any locked drawers, closets and cabinets.

Other things to note
The bottom pull out bed of the trundle bed is for sleeping only. Please be careful with it and only allow children to sleep on it.

As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories with our cheerful and cozy home. For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate your cooperation!

Rules

Please do not where shoes inside the home.

Pets allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.

You must clean your own dishes, otherwise a $15 cleaning fee will be added to your booking. There is a dishwasher and other cleaning supplies available for this purpose.

Only the guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises.

You’re not allowed to smoke (including vaping) inside the home.

Please turn off the AC/Heater when you’re away.

No parties or events without prior approval.

Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM.

If you throw a party, an extra cleaning fee charge of $250 will be added to your booking, and you may be required to obtain event insurance.

A $50 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys (including the garage remote).

Do not eat in the bedrooms.

Please refrain from making loud noises past 11PM.

Perfect family home !!!!
The property management was in contact with us right away. They even text us the next morning to see how our night was, and to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. I would definitely recommend and the price was fantastic.

Nice Little House
Our stay was fine, the house has basic necessities which is great if you’re staying for just a few days, but was a little challenging for a 1 month stay. The beds in the main rooms slide every time you get on or off, there should probably be rugs under them for safety. The 2 back doors stick and are quite difficult to pull open. There’s a nice back yard and the neighbors were all very friendly. The property manager was easy to work with and responded quickly. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
