Hobbit hideaway
We loved everything about the Hobbit house. It is a very special house and I would highly recommend. It is close town but you feel worlds away with all the whimsical touches the owner has placed with love. The location was perfect for War Eagle fair and we hope to be back soon.

Great House for a family
Check in was super easy and the owners had everything you could need. They were very responsive and accommodating. Great location and we did a day trip of biking in Fayetteville on beautiful well maintained trails. Close to hiking trails and ended out trip with a fun boat rental on Bsaver Lake.

Magical Experience
Our family loved staying at the Hobbit House! The house was amazing, and spacious. The decorations really made you feel like you were in middle earth. There were activities and games for the children and family, the accommodations were extremely comfortable, and it had all the amenities you could need. If your looking for a unique place to stay while in NW Arkansas, then this is the place.

A little piece of the Shire
It would be very easy to go overboard with the LOTR and Hobbit references in a place like this. Instead Cheryl and Tom have blended a perfect balance of whimsy and cottage charm into this delightful home. Being able to be far enough from town to enjoy the sounds of nature, but also close enough to enjoy the many things the region offers, makes this a perfect place to land. Our hosts could not have been better and we look forward to finding our way here again in the future.

Great vacation spot
The Hobbit House was amazing. Absolutely loved the property. Family loved it. Peaceful and comfortable and the elven bread and cheese tray was super cool. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Communication was great. We will definitely be back and try to spend a little more time at the house. We had a fast schedule and didn’t get to relax much. Next time we will though

Exceptional stay in a magical location
Our visit to the Cedar Bluff Hobbit House was truly magical. We arrived to wine, cheese and other themed goodies that were completely unexpected. My entire family really loved all of unique details of this house. The Hobbit theme is evident throughout and there are many fun activities for family fun including themed board games, corn hole and an outdoor area with a fire pit for S'mores and relaxing. We spotted many deer grazing right out of the front door and the view is something special. We hope to visit again when we are in the area. Don't miss this one, it's truly special.

Hobbit House was a Magical Experience!!
Our group had an absolutely wonderful time at Cheryl and Tom’s Hobbit House! I can’t recommend them high enough with 5 stars, this was a 10 star experience! When we arrived, everything was perfect due to Cheryl’s superb communication skills. We breezed right in with no problem, and upon arrival the place took our breath away. Pictures can’t match the incredible view over the bluff, it was like a dream! The house itself is so comfortable. We had 9 in our group and it was absolutely perfect. From the comfortable beds, to the awesome fire pit and the convenient grill, Cheryl thought of everything to make our stay perfect. I loved that there were no requirements of starting dishes or laundry- Cheryl made everything effortless so we could focus on making memories with friends and family. I loved every minute of our time at the Hobbit House!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. This place is sheer MAGIC. The pictures truly do this place no justice. I’d love to share every single detail but it’s truly something you have to experience for yourself(and I don’t wanna ruin some of these little details) It felt like a fairy tale, the view was absolutely incredible. I surprised my family with this vacation and they absolutely loved everything about it. I was by the fire pit basically the entire time I was there. It was private which is a HUGEEEE win for my family. It was quiet and peaceful. I really hope we can make it back here! The host was also fantastic, she was very easy to get ahold of and even sent us places to visit in the area! And that master bed is insanely comfortable! We went to eureka springs for our activities, we went to the keels creek trail rides and the onyx cave, both worth checking out! If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would. 💜💜💜💜💜

Enchanting Hobbit House perfect for families and friends
We had a wonderful time during our stay! Everything was very clean and Cheryl was a perfect host. We adorded all the Hobbit details and the well thought out decor. The home was quite welcoming with every detail we needed thought of in advance. We used the kitchen and the grill and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The welcome tray was a wonderful surprise and we enjoyed the wine, snacks, and later the bath soap and shampoo/conditioner. We also enjoyed the fire pit and we're able to do smores thanks to our wonderful hosts providing the skewers needed for roasting marshmallows. We enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels, bald eagles, and even some deer! We were also able to check out the nearby fishing spots. Everyone in our family of 7 stayed comfortably and slept well. I would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends. Thanks Cheryl and Tom!!

An Inn of great renown!
hobbits of the FranklinVale and Hooverton Clans each came from their own far lands to convene their annual gathering, a solemn occasion of remembrance and fellowship. After enduring the trials of our journey, we were heartened to discover the innkeeper had laid out provisions to ease our hunger. How she managed to aquire Lembas bread of such quality we could not surmise. To preserve the enchantment of discovery for future wanderers, I shall refrain from an exhaustive description of the inn and its furnishings, save to mention the splendor of its adornments and the subtle elegance of its architecture. Considering the service provided, our Clan unanimously deemed the innkeeper's request for enumeration to be far too low considering the service provided, prompting us to offer an additional token of gratitude: a handful of unrefined Mithril placed discreetly by the speakeasy door. To any fellow travelers who chance upon this land, I recommend this inn, it is one of the finest we have encountered. Hidden from the beaten path, it offers refuge and respite for weary souls. May the readers of these words find safe passage on their own journeys, and blessings upon the innkeeper for the hospitality extended!

"All We Have to Decide Is What to Do with the Time That Is Given to Us."
… and I would highly recommend that you use a bit of that time you’ve been given to stay at this amazing Hobbit House. Our family was in awe the entire time we stayed. Every detail of the house was on point. The surrounding beauty of the area made you feel like you were right in the Shire. And Cheryl, the host, was so kind and gave us some great recommendations for the area (check out the waterfall/swimming hole at Kings River Falls— it’s worth it!). It was hard to leave this house. We all wanted to stay longer. Hopefully we can return again soon! “In a hole in the ground there lived a Hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell. Nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole, with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat. It was a Hobbit hole, and that means comfort.” ❤️

So Much Fun
We took our daughter to celebrate her birthday with a Lord of the Rings marathon! The Hobbit House exceeded our expectations! There was such great attention to detail and a host of extra special touches that those who love the Lord of the Rings books or movies will find to be so much fun! Cheryl was attentive and so kind! The view outside was gorgeous and at night became so magical with all the special touches. Everywhere we turned was one more unexpected bonus from the charcuterie board when we entered, to the Blackstone grill for delicious, easy meals, to the s’mores ingredients ready for us to enjoy over a fire that had its own special surprises. We enjoyed the binoculars for birdwatching and the before and after pictures of the house left us marveling at the handiwork and effort. It was a weekend of wonderful surprises!

Unique Property with Charm and Comfort
My family and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a football game in Fayetteville. It was close enough to get to town quickly yet far enough to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The house was so charming, equipped with everything you need but also going above and beyond with a nice welcome basket of wine, cheese, crackers and soap! Plenty of space, comfortable, and the amazing details that make this house almost like staying at a museum. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, they recommended we visit the Crystlebridge Museum in Bentonville and we did and it was fantastic! We also took our kids to the Amazeum and they had a blast. For hiking and outdoor adventure we visited Hobbs State Park and War Eagle nearby. There is a historic mill that is now a restaurant that would be a great choice for lunch after a nice morning hike in the area. I recommend that whoever sleeps in the top loft bedroom are the ones in the group that go to bed last because you won't have a closed wall to keep noise out.

The greatest hobbit adventure
The Hobbit House is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Cheryl and Tom have thought of everything you could need. The beds and pillows were very soft. I could have stayed in them all day. The outside is just as cozy as the inside. The decor is spot on. I wouldn’t change a thing. They supply so much extra with smores and the welcome platter. Also great tips on what to see. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful place with us. You are such a kind lady Cheryl.

Best Host Ever
We were looking for something out of the ordinary for a family get-together. We were not disappointed! The Hobbit House was a great place to gather. The house is bigger than the pictures suggest. Plenty of living area. We had 17 people there one day for lunch and it didn’t feel crowded (except the kitchen). The host was very helpful. They bought us a turkey pan when we discovered the house didn’t have one. They came and brought more firewood when we used it all at the great fire pit outside. They were very accommodating. We hope to make it a yearly tradition.

Happy at The Hobbit House
My family had the best time in NWA with The Hobbit House acting as our home for the weekend. The Bramletts were wonderful hosts and extremely hospitable! Cheryl was very responsive and had great communication. She made us feel very welcome with her welcome basket and even sent me suggestions of things to do. I specifically chose The Hobbit House for my kids as I knew they would remember the uniqueness of the house for decades to come. And I guarantee they will! The house is very roomy and spacious. The Bramletts have added so many quirky cool touches! The Shire being a little outside the city is not an issue at all because as we learned over our stay you have to drive to get anywhere. Highly recommend staying at The Hobbit House!
