"Absolutely relaxing and clean. Everything we needed for some peace and quiet. Enjoyed the front porch over looking the clear lake. It was overcast and cool but the porch was cozy. Nice to have a fire next to the lake. Town was nearby and quaint. "

"Annual girls weekend for 5. This was a new location this year instead of the beach...The serene surroundings were perfect, a little chill in the air and the town of Skaneatles is charming. Basement bedroom did not have adequate heater flow and the overall cabin needed a good clean and some recaulking but we enjoyed the rustic accommodations. Thank you for a great getaway."

"I must say, this is one of the greatest fines in all the years I’ve been using VRBO. As a premier host myself, I was totally impressed by this property and the host. Small beautiful farm and the cabin has its own private yard. My dog was able to roam without me having to worry and even exposed to horses. "Cozy little cabin for girls get away. Needed a little more seating for comfortable conversation/relaxing movie watching. Lots of bugs both dead and alive. I did talk to the host about it and he did offer us another cabin, but they also had bugs. He was super responsive to my calls and messages. Not horrible, but for 3 “girls” bugs were a bit of a turnoff."

"This was our second time staying at this cabin. You feel secluded but your only minutes from town. The cabin has a cozy feel and is stocked with almost everything you could need., but the real beauty is outside! My husband and I spent most of our time by the campfire just enjoying the view!"

"We stayed here as a rest stop during a long distance commute for a lacrosse tournament.The kids were 15 and 16 and absolutely lost their minds over the bedroom with the bunk beds. They immediately converted it into a man cave and set up their video games We barely saw them.The furniture was very comfortable and cozy in the family room, although no-one could seem to get the propane fireplace to work. There were some minor inconveniences like the sliding door on the downstairs bathroom closet...

"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."
