 In the heart of Livradois Forez, Cottage for 6 people in a quiet area at the end of the hamlet, with Large Garden. The house consists of 2 independent apartments. one renovated with an entrance on the south side, the other for vacation rental on the same site with a full foot entrance on the north facade. Ideal to rest for lovers of nature and the forest.

Séjour très agréable
Très belle semaine en pleine nature et au calme. Temps radieux et chaud mais la maison reste fraîche. C'est très agréable. Plein de belles ballades à faire et d'activités en tout genre autour de la maison.

situation geographique bien matelas comfortables ,literie suspectes (aureoles et moisissures ,residus sur aleses) tarif electricite a modifier sur l'annonce le prix est a 0,25 kwh par ailleurs 5 euros vous seront facturer par jour pour la cheminee, je l'ai appris a la fin de mon sejour dans l'ensemble ideal pour s'isoler au milieu des sapins

Très bon accueil,mais ça s’arrete là. Poussière et toiles d’araignee dans toutes les pièces. Moisissures dans la salle de bains. Manque de lumière : une seule lampe pour deux lits dans l’une des chambres. Luminaire au dessus du lavabo ne fonctionne pas,idem dans la cuisine. La literie est à changer: dans les 2 lits en 140, le matelas se creuse au milieu. Sans compter les peintures à refaire. Désolée d’etre aussi négative,mais il fallait le dire.

Séjour ressourcant en pleine nature
Au pied de la forêt, ou démarre les randonnées, une ancienne ferme rénovée avec deux logements (un en facade avec escalier attention aux jeunes enfts et un derrière de plain pied idéal jeunes enfts) appartenant à un couple charmant et accueillant. La vie citadine s'arrête pendant votre séjour (peu de réseau hihi) mais le paysage qui s offre à vous remplace allégrement vos habitudes magnétiques. Ces dernières devront être remplacées par les ballades en forêt, petites visites de villages bien sympa, petite cascade de gomot à faire également enfin cette année pas beaucoup d eau forcément... Attention aux tiques région de fougères donc on se protège et on protège nos animaux.! Logement simple et agréable offrant le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour au CALME. Bonnes vacances à vous tous et merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Beau point de chute en Livradois
Logement propres, fonctionnel, conforme aux attentes et agréablement placé dans un petit bourg. Accès à la campagne immédiat. Très calme. Propriétaire arrangeante et habitant à proximité dans le bourg voisin.

Charmant lieu dit vue agréable.cependant un peu éloigné e ce que j'avais ciblé c'est à dire 20 km autour d'Issoire (il y a 37 km) mais notre séjour s'est bien passé.j'aurais aimé une facture de la part d'Abritel mais ,bizarrement, ils n'en établissent pas . C'est au propriétaire de le faire (la facture représentera que ce qu'il touche).Ce que je voulais moi c'était la facture réelle de ce que j'ai réglé.Après mon séjour en auvergne je suis partie en location en Ardèche (par un autre organisme )et là,étrangement ,pas de souci pour obtenir la facture réelle!!!!!Abritel je vous laisse la réflexion.....
