"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"Property is mainly clean. Has every thing you would ever need except WiFi. I thought we'd be able to use wifi at the restaurants but we never found any. Only other downside about the place was the brush cotton(?) PLASTIC sheet it was impossibly to sleep on as it incredibly hot. We had brought some bedding from home so we used that.we couldnt see how this sheet could be washed as it wouldnt have fitted in a standard washing machine. Unfortunately the hosts English was worse than our French...

"We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment was as expected in size. Everything was working and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The lady meeting us with the keys and showing us the apartment was very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend getting familiar with Google translate as it helped with communication. "Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

Property was introduced to us by one of the concierge team, who ensured everything was to our satisfaction prior to leaving. Well laid out apartment with WC and shower rooms located next to each of the bedrooms, the double on the lower floor and the twin room on the mezzanine.
