"Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "

"Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Right in the main square of beautiful San Gimignano. Walk right out your door to all the action. We were there during a big festival and couldn’t hear anything from our room that had a valley view. Breakfast was also excellent. Bringing your car into the city to drop off your luggage is challenging for people not used to driving in ancient walled cities! Stop at the red lights in the city even if you don’t see a reason to. After dropping off your luggage you will need to park just outside the city walls. We had a good time having drinks in the square at the bar next to the hotel entrance. "

"We arranged for transportation from train station Poggibonsi which serves San Gimignano to hotel with return after our stay. Excellent service. Hotel staff always helpful. Located inside gates of old city with wonderful local restaurants and coffee shops. Good breakfast buffet option. We stayed in lots of hotels on our trip to Italy and this one is favorably memorable. "

"Beautiful hotel in a wonderful peaceful setting about a ten minute shuttle to San Gimignano. High end restaurant was wonderful but pricey so for the second night we ate in the lobby restaurant. Highly recommend this oasis. "

"Absolutely loved the experience we had with this spa villa! Beautiful grounds pools and dinning experience. Staff were very welcoming and always attentive. My only negative thought on this property would be the cost to using the spa at 40 euros pp not per room. Otherwise an exceptional stay!"
