"Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"

"Positive: the guy at the restaurant kindly called me a taxi, room was quite large, grocery store nearby Negative: I was charged almost 2x more than the app said I would be charged in local taxes, no explanation was given in English, Russian or Ukrainian... room had a heater/air conditioner but no remote was provided so I could not use it, one of the blinds was missing from the windows and had no curtains so the light from outside would come in the room when you try to sleep... housekeeper...

"It is a nice hotel. Be sure that you are aware that the pool that is advertised is not in the hotel. It’s in another building, you will have to pay to get in, and you need to wear a cap on your head while swimming. They have caps available but they are expensive. "

"Kiev 365 is a nice hotel on the western edge of the city. It's the closest hotel to the Mormon Temple. You can walk to the Temple easily from here. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is good, and the hotel restaurant is excellent. I enjoyed my stay here. "

"Upon check-in at 12:30 am First the receptionist was sleeping and then i realised that her english is very poor Eventhough i paid fully my reservation and i showed her the proof but she didn't accept and when i insisted she was so rude and kept repeating no money no room , so at the end i have to pay again and even higher price Water for shwoer was smelly and to make it worse the mattress was old that i can feel mattress razors in my back , when asking them to change it or change the room ,...
