The hot water has challenges but once I messaged them, they were over in minutes to help. If you have a rental car, this could not be more perfect as the parking is adjacent to the home. "Our first time in Italy, we loved our three night stay in Montepulciano and the apartment made it so much more special, the home had everything you need and is located in a perfect spot with amazing views and an easy walk to everywhere in the village.
