Haleh works the front desk and she remembered me from my previous visit. She goes above and beyond to make my stay an easy and pleasant experience and I appreciate her professionalism. I reported a problem to Kay who also works the front desk and she reported it to the manager right away. All of the front desk workers were professional and kind. "
