"This house is located in an area that makes it easy to get anywhere you need to go. There are plenty of great places for food and drinks that are within a short walk or drive. Some of my family members felt that the area was unsafe at night but I never felt that way during our stay. The house does not quite live up to the pictures. It needs a super deep clean and to be upgraded generally. However, it is quite a bit cheaper than everything else I looked at so maybe that is the trade off....

"Stayed here w 2 college friends (we met in 1990!) And the location and space were perfect! All we needed and more! And we benefitted from harvest goodies in the form of tomatoes and basil that were perfect for our Friday evening snack! Comfortable beds, great coffee maker, and the autumn weather was perfect for hanging out on the deck. "

"I love all the woodwork on the first floor (its what made me select the place), but the owner needs to spend some $$ to fix it up, its really looking tired. They also need to put a little more effort into trimming the yard. Its the whole first floor and basement of a large house. There are separate apts above (Not connected other then front entrance) There was some confusion with one of the apt tenets about parking, but they were nice and we easily figured out a solution. All in all I liked...
