My only caveat is that this 3rd floor space has very narrow stairs with a tight turn on the 2nd floor landing. Folks with bulky hard luggage might find it awkward to maneuver those stairs."

"I met my 81-year-old Mom in the cities for a "mother-daughter get-away"! I used to live in the area about 20 years ago - it was such a delight to be back, and this was the perfect location! The apartment was well-appointed, check-in and check-out were easy breezy, and the property manager answered my very few questions by text within the hour. We especially enjoyed the front porch swing and quiet back patio area. The weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better time away...

"Good proximity to the downtown area, ie the Minneapolis Convention Center. I have a bad back, but the memory foam mattress was very comfortable & supportive. 4 big pillows on the bed. The unit was a fairly new 1br, 1ba ground floor apartment, and it was odor free & spotless. I'll stay again next year!"
