"Rick and Jodi go above and beyond to ensure guests have all they need for a perfect island getaway. The location was gorgeous, house (and guesthouse) were well stocked with essentials and immaculate, and the pool and landscaping well maintained. Easy check in/check out and super responsive to any questions or needs. Our party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would book again in a heartbeat! "

"Very well appointed large suites with terraces and fully equipped kitchens. Gorgeous mile-long beach with turqoise waters. Friendly staff. Good fitness room 24/7. The Greg Norman golf course which had been advertised was unfortunately closed!!! Will reopen when owners of neighbouring Sandals hotel will have renovated property, a few years down the road? Only weakness is Palapa (main) restaurant, with limited menu and insufficient choices for breakfast, including tiny choice of fruit, yoghurt and cereals and no possibility of ordering eggs separately. 23° restaurant is good and relatively high end but only open for dinner a few days per week. I would advise renting a car to be able to move around large island, drive to town to shop (about 15 kms) and eat out for variety. A day boat trip to the extraordinary beaches of Stocking Island is a must! Overall, a great vacation."

"When a tour is booked there should always be a room number or a number provided for communication. There is no service between 8pm to 8am so there should not be anything booked between those times if there is no one to reach out to you in your room in case of miscommunication. "

"Absolutely incredible. We traveled with 6 adults and 7 kids under age 7. The house is about 10minutes from the airport, easy to access with taxis. 6 bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Large kitchen, large dining space, and large living room space. The outside is obviously the highlight. Very kid friendly pool that directly overlooks the turquoise ocean. Easy access to a beautiful private beach. The sand is clean and soft, warm Caribbean ocean water. There are a few other houses along the beach that also had vacationers but in total we saw less than 10 people on the beach throughout our stay - very private. Cleo, the house manager, was immediately available for any requests during our stay (would recommend stocking up on the large jugs of drinking water only 5 per 5gallon jug). We ordered groceries from Exuma Market which Cleo picked up prior to our arrival. There is a liquor store 1mile from the house and a small market for basic needs a 5minute walk from the house. Overall would recommend without hesitation, we had such an amazing trip! Still dreaming of the view from the pool."

"We spent a week at Coconut Breeze during the first week of January. The house was amazing! I can't say enough good things about it.There was more than enough space for five of us. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master with the large walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything needed to cook most meals and has a great layout. The house is located at the end of a street that is not busy at all so there is little to no traffic. The views of the ocean are incredible. The swimming pool is awesome and looks cool at night all lit up. The beach is a mile and half long and was never crowded during our stay.Sidney was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all of our questions, and gave us some good recommendations. She was a fantastic host. Check in and check out were very easy. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.I would highly recommend this property for a stay on Exuma. It's in a great location, not far from Georgetown, and a short drive from two grocery stores. It was nice being in the central part of the island because driving to either Great Exuma Point or Little Exuma only took about a half hour or so. It was also helpful to have such a short drive to the airport."
