"We have stayed here for 16 days. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond. Breakfast was great. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Dinner was lovely. We would hoghly recommended staying here"

"Staying at Kwality hotel was some experience. The room was ok but the cupboards were dirty and the blanket was not neatly stacked, it was just shoved in the cupboard.The sink was cracked, no hot water, gaps in the windows. Personally I would not recommend this hotel. Pay extra and get a decent hotel."

"Hotel booked online well before and confirmed. At the arrival, hotel reception denied a room saying property is full. I could not stay in that hotel and walked out."

"The rooms are suitable for pigs. Blood stains on the sheets and in the bignon were feces and urine. The hotel is located in a Muslim neighborhood where it surrounded us because they had never seen an online reservation. We were scared and we are gone. We have not slept in this dirty (like a pigsty) and dangerous place"

"Day-Night difference between what’s listed, shown & promised and what the reality Is. The hotel asked charged $20 more cash at the time of checkin, no breakfast as listed, didn’t clean room or change bedsheets … will NOT recommend anyone to stay there."

"Overall a good experience. Room was clean and spacious. Ample of lights. Washroom was clean. Property is well maintained. Staffs were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Very close to CP, and lots of shopping and dining area nearby. A pleasant stay."
