"This house in the perfect location and a lovely design. However it's very tired and needs some serious love.If I had paid perhaps up to 400 per night this would have been somewhat acceptable but to pay over 700 night was exorbitant!It was booked a few weeks beforehand which left me with very minimal choice, however the photos left me with the impression that it was a well maintained property."

"The house was lovely. Very well equipped kitchen, good layout and perfect for our family. There were plenty of board games and DVDs to relax with after a full day at the beach. The beach is just a short walk away and is stunning at high and low tide. Perfect location for Farewell Spit, Wharariki beach and all the beaches along Golden Bay. My highlight was watching the piwakawaka, quails and tūī in the garden every evening. "
