"The staff was amazing. They had amazing activities that were included in our stay like a dolphin cruise. They also had very responsibly priced activities like scuba diving and snorkeling that me and my husband enjoyed. Who doesn’t love to swim with a sea turtle?!?! Even when it rained the water was still beautiful. So much to do and so many places to relax. Wish we would have stayed longer. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Furaveri Hotel for our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday. The transfer from the airport to the resort was smooth, and the lounge at the seaplane terminal made the wait comfortable. Our room was beautifully decorated for our honeymoon, and they delayed the cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a thoughtful touch. While we didn’t get an upgrade as Expedia Gold members, the hotel allowed us a late checkout, which we appreciated. Travelers should be cautious about adjusting to new food, as my wife got sick during the first days. However, the staff kindly rescheduled a missed meal for our last day. The resort is large, and buggies are available, though they may run less frequently in the evening. One suggestion would be to clarify the food and drink packages (too many packages with different inclusions) as they were a bit confusing. A special thanks to Dhaadh, who made our stay unforgettable."

"Very unique experience. Snorkeling was excellent, even saw a whale shark while snorkeling. Scuba was luxury service and great marine life. Staff was great. Room was fantastic. Would recommend this property very highly."

"Royal Island is a paradise! This was our first time to the Maldives and didn't know what to expect. The service was top notch from the time we stepped foot on the island. Staff were available to check in all groups arriving on the boat at the same time, so there was no waiting. We were set up with a contact via WhatsApp (Mark) and he kept us up to date with what was going on at the island each day and was available to address all of our questions. The food at the buffet was good and each dinner had a different theme keeping it interesting. Our server Naseer was friendly and efficient. Finally the setting! The island is beautiful! The clearest water outside of a pool I have ever swam in. We were at the west end of the island and there was easy access to snorkelling in the lagoon. There is some damage to the reef, but we still saw so many fish, rays and a shark. We also enjoyed the Wanderlust and Hanifaru Bay snorkelling excursions. The transfers were well planned (don't panic about not having the details until the day before). And bonus, because we had a late departure they gave us late check-out without an extra charge. Overall a fabulous experience. Highly recommend."

Breakfast was always a highlight, thanks to Azzam's warm welcome and guidance through the buffet. Meeting Ankita and Sajith added to our joy, with Sajith's incredible coffee art and cocktails. Ahoo even helped us capture perfect moments on the swings. The massages by Ana and Neva were the best we've ever had. Rijai's humor made lunchtime unforgettable.
