"I had to Call to get in. Room was not very clean ( I did have a dog room but still..) breakfast area was not well taken care of, and even though we told personnel present that juice had leaked on ALL breakfast bags, the did nothing. Actually we tried to fix it ourselves for the other guests."

"I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was with the Palace Hotell. The staff was so kind and helpful, and the rooms and hotel were gorgeous. Dinner and breakfast are included and the food was absolutely incredible. They even provided gluten free bread for my breakfast, knowing I had asked about dinner and if it was gluten free. I hope I can come stay again, every hotel should look to their example. "
