"Our two night stay was super! The outstanding staff members made all the difference. They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again. "

"We got lucky and another person staying there let us inside so we could call for a check-in. Without them, who knows how long we'd be stuck outside. The area around is sketchy AF but that's not their fault, just be aware. The room was fine, did the job and had met our needs. The room was in need of some basic repairs but nothjng major."

"Our host was incredible. He was so helpful with information about Italy, local dining and shopping. Breakfast each morning was very good with excellent coffee. Our room was large; relaxing but cozy and very modern. We stayed in the Sofia Loren room. The location is within walking distance of the Bogasi Gardens, Spanish steps and high end shopping. Very nice restaurants are close by and there is a small food market just steps away from the hotel. We will stay there again when we return."

"I found the property to be very clean and regularly served by house keeping. My only gripe is the on-arrival process which needs some work. There is no easy access to the apartments when out of hours and the meeting new resident policy is near non existent. We arrived at 12 noon still finding it difficult. If it weren’t for helpful neighbouring apartment managers we would not have been able to access the apartment complex. "

Was told I would receive access instructions on the day but I had already landed in Rome and was waiting to find out how to gain access before this information was shared. "We loved this place! It was recommended to us by an old friend. He said it was a must do so we did it! Our bedroom overlooked the Piazza. There was a wonderful rooftop terrace. The host and owner. Felipo met us every morning and took us to a café cappuccino and fresh juice and pastries. Clean clean, clean Filippo and his housekeeper Sarah were So inviting and helpful."

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...
