This vacation home is located about 6 km from Pesaro. Here you will spend your vacation on a hill in the hinterland of Pesaro, not far from the beaches. A large garden with tall trees, fruit trees and flowers surrounds the house. At the entrance you will find a beautiful veranda with panoramic sea view and an oven/grill for fantastic barbecues. The attic is not accessible. The location is perfect for those who want to spend a vacation near the beaches and at the same time explore the beautiful Marche region, rich in history, culture, food and wine traditions.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2024. Up to two pets are allowed.

Wonderful Place in the Hills above Fano & Pesaro
Perfect location for numerous holiday activities: - resting on the terrace and watch the hills (or the sea, or the night sky) - resting in the garden in shadow of the trees - go down to Marinella Beach (recommended: Coco Loco Bar) - go down to Fano: eating, shopping, walking, culture - go down to Pesaro: eating, shopping, walking, culture - take bicycle and go up and down the Marche hills - go up the hill to Agriturismo "Il Giardino" Had a great time and lots of fun!
