"This villa was perfect for our family vacation to Abruzzo, beautifully located in the countryside with lovely rolling views of olive groves, vineyards and mountains. Very well equipped with a fabulous layout with multiple living spaces, bathrooms and kitchens. Loved our local contact person and welcome package. Having a vehicle was key to our outings to the beach, hiking and visiting destinations in the area."

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. "Grazie di cuore ad Alfredo e i suoi collaboratori. Di solito quando ci troviamo bene scriviamo “come a casa”….in questo caso dobbiamo dire “ MEGLIO di casa”!!! Non vediamo l’ora di viverla in estate!! Grazie ancora!!"

"Un séjour fabuleux dans un splendide paysage, entre la mer et la montagne. La maison est magnifique et restaurée avec beaucoup de soin et de respect. Elle est très spacieuse, meublée avec l'amour et parfaitement équipée. Dès l'arrivée, nous sommes comme chez soi ! Et quel accueil ! Lorel est une hôtesse exceptionnelle. "La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire…...

"Truly impressive"

"The property was perfect. There were tons of breads, muffins, crackers for breakfast or snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. Marta is an absolute gem host! We were using the remote incorrectly for the gate and she had someone there immediately. He was wonderful too! Thank goodness for Google Translate! I would definitely stay here again. Penne is a beautiful town and we enjoyed the areas around too."

"Sporting Hotel at Teramo Italy was very good, good food, excellent staff and centric close to everything. The hotel in Camogli: Hotel Cenobio de Dogi was excellent y, nice size room with window to the sea, close to the touristic area in Camogli. The staff very helpful and friendly. Restuarant was excellent. "

"The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "
