"This properties level of cleanliness is terrible. The young man that helped us to get clean linen and towels was very nice. The room needed a complete cleansing. The buildings steel stairwell in rusted almost clean through. In my opinion this property need too many repairs and upgrades. "

"Had a great time at Spirit Cabin. Staff was friendly and the park and arcade onsite were fun for the kids. Only downside is the fold out couch was very thin and uncomfortable. My teenager just slept on the couch folded up."

"Location was convenient. OK, if you just need a place to stay for a couple of days. The towels were all stained. Management wanted the dishes washed but only place to do it was in the bathroom sink. Smoke alarm had a dying battery and beeped all night long. Probably won't stay here again."

"A perfect spot for a base to explore Denman, put your kayaks in the water and visit friends in Courtenay, all of which we did. This quirky cottage has a gorgeous view, with great spots for morning coffee and walks on the beach. Inside you have all the amenities you need, from blankets to games to a decent kitchen - only caution is that if you're a cook, best not to plan for an elaborate meal as counter space is minimal. This spot gave us just the weekend we were looking for!"
