Leider war die Wohnung viel kleiner, als sie auf den Fotos wirkte. In der Küche kann nur eine Person stehen. Das Bad war schon sehr abgenutztz, es fehlen Fliesen. "Lovely property right on the beach in La Vila Joiosa which is a magical town. Good facilities, can sit on balcony and watch those swimming and be in the sea in a couple of minutes. Very quiet but the one bad feature is the lack of curtains in the bedroom. There is a streetlamp that is more like a searchlight that is on the external walk of the bedrooms. "10/10. Apartment was lovely. Amazing view over Benidorm. The balcony outside was great- ran the whole way down the side of the apartment so lots of space to hang towels as well as sit outside to enjoy the view. The apartment was clean and fresh with everything you need but no unwanted clutter. The air conditioning and ceiling fans keep every room cool and comfortable. "The property is located amazingly! The view is spectacular and the apartment well kept. The only issue we had is that the floor had sand and it was dusty atound. I got charge a cleaning fee and the apartment wasn't. Other than that it was great."

"We stayed for two weeks at this very nice apartment, which is located close to everything - beach, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to the old town. Gerardo and Pilar were very helpful and nice, met us in person when we arrived, showed us everything and were available whenever we had any question. We would love to come back for sure."
