"Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not...

"Excellent safari lodge - very friendly. Great guide (Jordan) - saw the big 5 including after hours extra trip to find leopard on road. Comfortable vehicle. Ponchos needed for pouring rain in one trip did not spoil experience. Very friendly managers and staff. Would highly recommend. "On our first day coming back from site seeing we found that our room was not serviced we had to go and complain, room was full of spider web. second day the lights went off from 7pm till 12pm no one bothered to explain what was happening bring us candles we used our cell phones to light the room @10:30 we called the manager who told us that Eskom is busy fixing it then we asked for candles he brought them @ 11H00 coz he was out. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming especially Musa."
