Located at 286 Grand Avenue this 2 BED 2.5 BATH unit has a private deck overlooking the water. A one floor property, this unit features an ensuite master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite guest room with a full bed. Included in the rental are two reserved parking spaces in the underground parking garage beneath the building. Outside you will find the property's private beach and an outdoor shower to rinse off after enjoying the warm Vineyard Sound water. The deck is covered by the unit above, allowing enjoyment in rain or shine. Unit has central AC, cable TV in the living room and Smart TV's in the rest of the unit. Located in the building there is a fabulous full service restaurant serving dinner nightly with both indoor and outdoor seating. Enjoy an oceanfront meal without having to leave the property!
7 night minimum, Sat. to Sat during the peak season. Shorter stays available the rest of the year. All linens and towels are included. No pets, please. No smoking in the unit. Prices subject to applicable taxes and fees.
