"Everything about the cabin was great! The only downfall was how close it was to the road and we were traveling with a toddler. The cabin itself was clean, definitely well kept and had plenty of room to spread out. The owner was great to work with. Would highly recommend this cabin. "

"My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Beautiful Camp on Beechwood. It was just as expected - cozy, clean, well-stocked, and a perfect location for rest and relaxation. The cabin was nicely decorated and had everything we needed and wanted. It is located so close to beautiful state parks/forests which provided us with great hiking opportunities. "

"Overall, this met all of our needs and then some. We loved the renovated cabin and the convenient location. We didn’t love how loud it was with the traffic zooming by, but it didn’t bother us enough to affect our stay. Our kids enjoyed the games provided and the cozy beds. We were a bit fearful of the loft area as there is a spot where the kids could fall over if they weren’t being careful. " The property is everything that it says is.. The best part was how quiet it is.. The closest other property that has inhabitants is about 500 yds away.. it's on a little dirt road but it's well maintained and smooth and there's very little traffic. The cabin is incredibly clean inside and out. incredibly clean."

"Everything about this stay was wonderful. Peggy’s cabin was exactly as described and in great condition. She was a great host, communicating before, during and after our stay. Oh and fresh bread/cookies and muffins waiting for us. We saw some elk, visited with our son who is at Penn State and hiked around Parker Dam. 10/10. Will definitely be back. Ok, the driveway is a bit nerve wracking pulling out but a minor inconvenience."

"Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk. Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch. We first got to our unit at night and it was a bit hard to find the right one as most of the units numbers were not lit up and there was a bush in front of ours. The gym only had two treadmills and a bike, one machine resembling a bowflex in a very small area. Due to our short stay, the gym's hours did not allow us to be able to use it;...
