"Never saw hotel staff. Restaurant is downstairs; their staff helped out. First room I got - had already been used. Hotels.com site says breakfast included; sign at the front desk says it's 7.5 euros; the restaurant doesn't know. Location is a bit out of Wolfsburg; would be very handy to have info on public transit. The bed is comfortable. "

"Had to move rooms which was inconvenient; booked 2 nights, was not able to change booking after I booked the first night. Had to do a separate booking and they insisted that I move rooms. Did not make sense (since they had to clean twice) but what do I know. "
