With our home, you only need to pay the first month upfront. Subsequent payments are monthly.

• Do you allow events like birthdays?
Yes, you're welcome to celebrate special occasions, provided you respect our home and the surrounding neighborhood.

Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low, Gatherings should be held inside the house or in the yard.

• How’s the home cleaned?
We have professional cleaners and use natural cleaning products without any strong smell to maintain health safety and freshness when you walk into the home. Regular housekeeping is included for longer stays.

• Safety devices on site?
There are 3 security devices.

Two security cameras: Gate driveway and front door. Each security camera records the driveway activities 24/7 to protect guests and hosts.

One noise decibel monitor: Balcony area only to prevent prolonged loud-noise party. The Minut noise level monitoring device does not record any audio. It only monitors the noise level all the time and will let you know if you are potentially too noisy for the neighborhood.
