"We were EXTEMELY dissatisfied with the Zum Schweizerbartl hotel. When we arrived to check in, the hotel was dark, the front door was locked, the back door was locked, and nobody was there. It was starting to get dark and cold, and thank goodness our taxi driver (Martin Weiss - great guy!) stayed to make sure we were ok. "The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."
