"We did not have hot water at this property. I contacted the rental company, Cozi vacations once an hour for several hours and they never came to resolve the issue. We ended up having to leave the next morning since there was still not hot water. They promised to refund me $150 for my trouble and still have not done that. I call them every day and am given the run around every time. Highly suggest not staying at this property or checking that they have hot water before you go."

"The bed was terrible. You couldn’t make a move without noises and it was so uncomfortable. We were locked out of the gate, and had to be told we have to walk around to another one. The bathroom sick is clogged and takes forever to drain The lights in the bathroom don’t work at all. We were harnessed about signing a release for damages we didn’t know we needed to sign before we arrived. (I’ve never had to sign a release form renting thru Travelocity)"
