"Nice place with friendly staff. The lack of AC on hot days was only mitigated by a fan. The parking was difficult , but they were very accommodating for an old driver with the best spot. The nature around and the lake are spectacular and I highly recommend it for a vacation. "

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "Spa facilities in a natural setting and very nice rooms. Restaurant was ok but very overpriced- since the location is somewhat isolated it felt like being held hostage for meals. Otherwise everything was perfect."
